Underpinned by a wealth of practical and technical knowledge, his strategic planning expertise plays a key role in the success of every project he works on. From trade origins as a joiner and setter out, Ian’s expansive career has encompassed a wide variety of projects at all levels, from restoration joinery at Alexandra Palace and the construction of 125 London Wall, to the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge and core buildings at the Millennium Dome.

25 years of experience in complex, high-value construction projects in London have seen Phill working with clients such as The Crown Estate, AXA, Canmoor and Aberdeen Asset Management, across sectors ranging from retail, education and health to industrial, data centre and commercial property. As Project Director, his primary role is to manage and support the delivery teams to ensure that the highest standards are maintained across every aspect of all works undertaken. Phil is a Gold medallist in 2012 and Finalist in 2014 in the Construction Manager of the Year Awards.
Spanning clients such as Bvlgari Hotel, THFC Stadium, Marks & Spencer and Olympia, Steven brings 30 years of experience across multiple sectors to his role as Senior Project Manager, from demolition and structural alterations to reconstruction and fit-out. His proven project management and design skills have enabled him to develop schemes from inception to completion, with meticulous attention to all aspects including health & safety, detail, quality, cost, environmental management and project delivery.
Embarking on his career in 1988 with a 3-year apprenticeship followed by 8 years installing security and electrical systems nationwide with Chubb Alarms, Michael moved into construction management in 1999. Building his career and qualifications over subsequent years, he joined Ellmer Construction, becoming a Project Manager in 2012 before moving to the OD Group as Senior Project Manager in 2017. In 2020 he joined as Senior Project Manager for DE Group, also achieving membership in the Chartered Institute of Building.
Adam brings 18 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Project Director for De Group Contracting. Results-oriented, his natural leadership skills, hands-on approach and impressive track record have seen him complete high-end central London projects, accumulating a wealth of invaluable experience and expertise in the construction sector.
Domenic brings 25 years of experience in construction and engineering consultancy to his role as Technical Director, which encompasses all aspects of project delivery, including leadership of a team of technical services managers, design managers and document controllers. Prior to that, 15 years with a Main Contractor saw him delivering projects across multiple sectors, from prime residential, commercial and retail to hotel, leisure and large-scale infrastructure schemes such as the St Pancras/Kings Cross Station redevelopment.
